Thinking about a cycling pad and actually creating it is not that simple. With our experience in the field for more than 40 years, we are constantly looking for the most innovative solutions.
We perform tests and experiments with new solutions to be at the forefront of new technologies for cycling pads. Partnerships with our customers, suppliers and cyclists allow us to receive early feedback about our product prototypes.

Teosport Mirror is a cycling pad with a smooth top surface. Inverting the supportive layers creates a super flat top surface, that is extremely comfortable next to the skin.

HT90 is a revolutionary technology that shapes the lateral flaps of the pad at 90 °, allowing the athlete's body to fit perfectly into the shorts without excessive bulk. HT90 technology reduces friction, redness and discomfort in the groin area while pedaling. All this is possible thanks to the special machines that we have personally modified and adapted to create our models.

High Technology Easy consists of a smooth base with rounded tips. The curved shapes adapt to any sewing system, that facilitating the stitching of the cycling chamois in shorts.

High Technology Air System features moulded, perforated channels which deliver exceptional air circulation and guarantee excellent moisture management. Located at strategic points, the perforated ventilation channels provide continuous air movement; fresh air enters, travels along the channels and is expelled as warm air. So you stay fresh and dry.

V.F.C. foam is a new generation industrial process that Teo sport has introduced into its production system. During the injection of a special liquid, a particular chemical reaction is performed which gives rise to a very elastic, soft foam with excellent density and breathability. Currently available in densities: 60, 80, 90 and 120.

Our polyester Blazer fabric offers an exceptionally soft and stretchy feel. Used on most of our items, we also recommend it for those looking for a pad with an excellent quality/price ratio. Guarantees quick drying.

The e-go fabric is biodegradable, super soft, highly breathable and easy to maintain. It is made with Amni Soul Eco®, a new generation yarn created through a process that complies with ecological principles. Like other biodegradable materials, e-go can decompose in about 5 years if placed under certain environmental conditions, to become organic matter (biomass and biogas). Such a virgin synthetic fabric can take decades to decompose. Already to the touch it is extremely soft, a characteristic that it maintains even during performance. Thanks to the natural yarn it guarantees exceptional breathability and a much faster drying than a standard fabric. Available in two colors: light green and dark gray.

Marnets high quality, eco-sustainable, functional fabric is made from recovered, recycled fishing nets using a sophisticated recycling process. It has the same high performance as fabric made with standard polyester, yet is made with 100% recycled materials, and can be recycled endlessly without losing material quality.

The Extra Tech Fiber fabric has been designed to guarantee breathability, quick drying, maximum comfort and a very soft surface. Thanks to the use of first-class polyester and elastane yarns, a fabric with a particular capillary weave has been created that guarantees excellent breathability and quick drying. The processing of the surface with the latest generation machinery allows us to obtain a product of maximum softness that looks like alcantara to the touch. In fact, with the use of special 3D heads, the machine is able to finish the fabric with a sensation to the touch that has no equal. First Class Concept polyester yarns were favored for their unique characteristics of softness, resistance, elasticity, breathability. The creation of a fabric with a structure of 3D channels that allow maximum breathability and softness, guarantee maximum comfort for athletes.

The result of a unique technology, Air Plus, created in synergy with the Eschler company, is an absolute avant-garde microfiber, capable of guaranteeing technical and sensory performance that no other material is able to offer. This material is obtained through a sophisticated industrial process created with polyester yarns in combination with PBT yarns, which made it possible to create a product with excellent natural elasticity, managing to guarantee softness, breathability, functionality, softness and comfort. The structure of the fabric is composed of 2 different weaves: one in relief, thick and closed, leaves an exceptional softness to the touch comparable to deerskin, the other more open, able to absorb sweat faster.

The Extra Soft Fabric, has been designed with a vertical striped texture that allows for greater breathability and ventilation. The micro channels allow faster drying, especially in high-level sports conditions. This material is also extremely soft and elastic thanks to the processing of top quality yarns, allowing freedom of movement and exceptional performance.

One of the fabrics we have been using for a long time and which guarantees an excellent sublimated print yield. For the realization of this material, polyester yarns worked with fineness 40 and sanded with machines with carbon heads are used. From this comes the softness and elasticity of the material. Excellent breathability and fast drying. Savana fabric contains antimicrobial silver ions, which efficiently prevent the formation of micro-organisms, for long-lasting bacteriostatic performance.

Cellpur® is the first eco-friendly foam containing TENCEL™, a cellulosic fibre produced from sustainably sourced wood using an environmentally friendly process. TENCEL™ particles In cellpur® store moisture, promptly release it, ready to absorb more moisture. This continuous cycle delivers a drier climate, making it perfect for cycling chamois.
